Site & civil works

Everything below the slab and outside the walls, run with our own fleet.

We own the machines. That is not a boast — it is the reason we can start on the Monday the weather window opens instead of the Monday the rental yard has a dozer free.

The civil division runs excavators, dozers, graders, compactors and haul trucks out of our Floral City yard, with machine control on the earthmoving fleet. We take on sitework for our own general contracting projects and, just as often, for other contractors and owners directly.

Scope runs from clearing and mass excavation through structural fill, deep footings, storm and sanitary utilities, water main, paving and final grading. We hold the licenses for utility work across the counties we serve, so a client does not need a second contractor to tie into the main.

Earthwork is where schedules are won or lost. Get the site to grade on time and everything downstream has room; miss it and every trade after you is compressed. We price earthwork against real survey data and quantity takeoffs, not against a square-foot rule of thumb.

How it works

What you can expect from us.

01

Priced off survey, not rules of thumb

Quantity takeoffs come from actual topographic data. Our earthwork numbers hold because the volumes were real before we bid them.

02

Machine control on the fleet

GPS grade control on the earthmoving machines means fewer passes, less rework, and a surveyor who checks rather than stakes everything.

03

We own the schedule risk

Our own plant, our own operators. When the ground dries out, we mobilise that week rather than joining a rental queue.
